She is so cute! Loving that she has her care package gifts. It makes your heart ache a tiny bit less.
What a beautiful letter. Just out of curiosity, how did the foster family get your email address. Did you send it with a care package? Our foster family has 2 children the same age and we sent our email address with a care package last week. We are hoping for some pictures that way because we heard that our SW in Korea is not one to send updated pictures. Your daughter is so beatiful!!
