Thomas, 91 degrees, 6 kids and the flu

I can remember last year, sitting on the train, and saying to the boys, "Next year, your sister will be here to come see Thomas."

This year was another great day at the museum and Thomas did not disappoint. It was a balmy 91 degrees and we were all just getting over the stomach flu. With all that, we still had a great day! It's just the beginning of our family traditions including Aspen.

Next, it will be Halloween...Thanksgiving....Christmas. No more dreaming, no more promises to the boys that she will be here next time, no empty spot in our memory making events. She's here and won't miss another thing!

This picture is really dear to me. When we first brought Aspen home, she did not like blonde haired little boys. She would walk up to them and just give them a little push. They're growing on her.

You can tell she's not herself. She left this pigtails in all day.

Going home...this little girl's tired!!!

To my lovebug: Oh wow, what great pictures! The one of Aspen with the little boy looks like she is a doll. AND, those two boys look like two "peas in a pod" for sure. We all love seeing your adventures as a family and all the pictures of them - keep them coming. Love you, Mom
